Terms and Conditions (Terms) of placing an entry in the Cam Therapy Directory

Please read these terms carefully:

1. Content, Commencement and Duration of entry in Directory.

On receipt of your order form and payment for entry in the Cam Therapy Directory, you will be sent a confirmation letter. The confirmation letter will state the following:

Categories in which you have asked to appear/ or your sponsorship details.

Exact wording that will appear in your entry.

Details of the graphics/logo to appear in the entry

The URL - web link (if any) /e-mail link (if any)

Date your entry will appear from and date it will be withdrawn.

2. Our rights and responsibilities

i. We will publish your entry on the start date written in the confirmation letter providing we have received payment and the same has cleared.

ii. We will withdraw your entry on the withdrawal date written in the confirmation letter, unless we have received confirmation in writing from you, together with additional payment for a further advertising term.

iii. We will publish entries to the directory in alphabetical order.

iv. We will make the Cam Therapy Directory available to the general public via the Internet.

v. Your entry is made onto the Cam Therapy Directory on the understanding that you acknowledge that computer and telecommunications systems may sometimes require periods of downtime for repair, maintenance and upgrading. For these reasons we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, but will try to keep any periods of unavailability to a minimum and we cannot accept any liability for such interruptions.

vi. We are entitled to cancel or withdraw an entry if it is deemed illegal, offensive, or if it may infringe on the legal rights of others or subject us to legal claims, prosecution, criticism or cause us embarrassment.

3. Your rights and responsibilities

i. The information you provide for entry into the Cam Therapy Directory must be legal, decent, honest and truthful.

ii. You must pay for your entry in the directory by cheque. Your entry will be published once the cheque has cleared.

iii. You must inform us of any alterations you would like to make to your entry in the Directory within 14 days of the date on the confirmation letter. If no contact is made within 14 days, your entry will be deemed as confirmed.

iv. You shall immediately indemnify us, our employees, officials and independent contractors against all proceedings, claims, demands, expenses, losses and/or damages arising from processing or publishing any information or material which you shall give or shall have given to us, including without limitation any claims arising as a result of defamation, false description and breach of any third party rights.

4. Withdrawal of Entry

i. If you withdraw your entry, by writing to us, within 14 days of receipt of your confirmation letter you will be entitled to a full refund. Thereafter you may withdraw your entry, in writing, but you will not be entitled to a refund.

ii. We shall have no liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect suffered by you arising from your entry onto the directory.

iii. You are not entitled to a refund for any mistake that was apparent from the confirmation letter sent to you. Mistakes notified by you within the 14 days after receipt of the confirmation letter will be rectified without charge.

iv. We shall have copyright of all the information that is published in the directory and in the actual directory itself; you do not gain any intellectual property rights from the information displayed.

v. Except to the extent authorised by us in writing, the above Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us.
